Comments and complaints procedure

  • If you have any concerns while you are with us, please talk a member of staff who will gladly try to help you.
  • Patient Feedback Questionnaires are available in the waiting room and can also be obtained from members of staff. We value the suggestions made on these cards and take action where and when needed.
  • If your issue still not been resolved to your satisfaction, please ask to speak to Elaine Carson, the Outpatient Department manager.
