Dr David LipkinOur Medical Director for The Wellington Diagnostics and Outpatients Centre is Dr David Lipkin. Dr Lipkin is a consultant cardiologist with many years of senior clinical and healthcare experience. His role as Medical Director encompasses aspects of clinical governance and excellence, as well as providing cardiology outpatient diagnostics and treatments as part of the cardiology services.
